Minimum requirements are:

·         Completion of studies earning a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor
of Science from a 4-year institution of higher education

·         Excellent communication skills

·         Experience with the public

·         Extensive knowledge of computers and computer programs

·         Good managerial skills

·         Adept at long-range planning and budgeting
